D&H Helping Hands Foundation is a Kansas City-area 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing homelessness and strengthening communities by supporting individuals and families in need. Based in the region and serving both Cass County and Kansas City, we focus on providing direct assistance that helps people remain safely housed and financially stable.

Our organization offers rental assistance, utility support, and housing stabilization services to individuals and families facing financial hardship. We are especially committed to supporting veterans and underserved populations who are at risk of losing their housing due to unexpected challenges.
