D&H Helping Hands Foundation serves individuals, families, veterans, seniors, and underserved community members throughout Jackson County and Cass County, Missouri who are experiencing financial hardship or facing barriers to stability and well-being.
We assist those who are struggling with housing costs, utility expenses, access to healthcare services, transportation needs, and other essential resources. Our programs are designed to support people during difficult times by connecting them with assistance, community resources, and opportunities that promote long-term stability, improved health outcomes, and self-sufficiency.
